Olayemi Arowosegbe

Director and founder

Olayemi Arowosegbe is a seasoned business professional with diverse experience across telecommunications, banking, insurance, travel and tourism, government, construction, and human resources in Nigeria and the UK.

He holds an MBA and an MSc in Environmental Biochemistry and Consultancy Skills from Buckingham University and Newcastle University in the UK, respectively, as well as a BSc in Microbiology from the University of Lagos.

Throughout his career, Olayemi has worked with organisations including Orange, Royal Bank of Scotland, Allianz Insurance, Freedom Direct, the Federal Ministry of Environment, Space and Place, and Learning Impact.

This breadth of experience has equipped him with a strong understanding of business, people, customer needs, and different operating environments.

He is particularly passionate about delivering high-quality service and creating solutions that respond meaningfully to customer needs. His approach is grounded in a combination of professional versatility, continuous learning, and a commitment to achieving practical results.

Fiyinfoluwa Sanwo

HR (Human Resource manager)

Fiyinfoluwa Sanwo is the HR Business Partner behind Kiwi Kruise’s people function, responsible for building the human capital infrastructure that supports a fast-scaling driver outsourcing and staffing business.

Over six years across logistics, fintech, healthcare, and consulting, she has developed a sharp instinct for the HR interventions that genuinely move a workforce-driven business, and the discipline to build systems that outlast her direct involvement.

At Kiwi Kruise, she has built the organisation’s HR foundation from the ground up. Her work extends deliberately into culture and performance.

Fiyinfoluwa treats HR less as policy administration and more as a design discipline, one focused on making good people decisions inevitable, not incidental. It’s an approach grounded in a degree in English and Literary Studies from Obafemi Awolowo University, a background that trained her to find structure in complexity long before she ever wrote a job description.

She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and Founder and Lead HR Consultant at Aurum HR Global Consulting.

Boluwatife Okewole

Client engagement and recruitment Analyst

Okewole Boluwatife is the Recruitment and Client Engagement Analyst at Kiwi Group, with experience in driver recruitment, client relationship management, candidate screening, interview coordination, background verification, and coordinating driver placements based on clients’ specific requirements.

She also support client communication, follow-ups, service coordination, and ensuring smooth engagement between clients and drivers.

She hold a B.Sc. in Sociology from the University of Ilorin and have certifications in Customer Success, Customer Service, and Virtual Assistance with CIPM currently in view.

Her background combines strong people-management, communication, recruitment, and customer engagement skills, with a focus on delivering reliable solutions and maintaining positive client relationships.

Oluwabunmi Temitope

Operations and Brand Analyst

Oluwabunmi Temitope is the Operations and Brand Analyst at Kiwi Kruise, supporting the operations, service delivery, and brand development of a growing driver outsourcing and logistics business.

Her role spans operations coordination, client service, documentation, process improvement, social media, content strategy, and brand communications—helping ensure the business operates efficiently while maintaining a strong and professional brand presence.

She holds a degree in Accounting from the National Open University of Nigeria and certifications in Social Media Management and the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI).

With a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail, she focuses on improving processes and strengthening the Kiwi Kruise brand.

Azeez Ridwan

Operations and Administrative Intern

Azeez Ridwan is the Operations and Administrative Intern at Kiwi Group, supporting the company’s recruitment, background verification, and onboarding processes.

His work involves coordinating candidate activities, conducting field verification exercises, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with established procedures — the operational groundwork that keeps Kiwi’s people processes running smoothly and reliably.

He brings a hardworking, detail-oriented approach to every task, paired with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.

Azeez enjoys working with people and believes that dedication, discipline, and a positive attitude are the qualities that drive success in any workplace.

Outside of work, he’s an avid football player, a passion that mirrors the teamwork and consistency he brings to his role.
